Computer Reboots when I record sound30 Dec 2007 12:04 GMT2
I am trying to record from my Line-in. ALL software with a record
option (Windows Sound Recorder, Real Player, Pyro 5) all reboot when I
click on the record button. I have updated the BIOS, Chipset and Audio
card drivers to the most recent one provided by Intel. I am using

I've already tried their # overseas, Windows XP,MS. etc. No help except a
large fee for help. So this is the problem
My Zune initially let me sync and download my music.  Now after requesting a
download on my dial-up line taking about 2 hours, it downloads it but will

I am using xp media center.  The font on the display is so large that I can
only see 9 albums at a time even when in the list format.  It drives me crazy
because I can't see hardly any of my library and it's really hard to navigate
through it all.  Does anyone know how to change ...

I recently had to add a new drive to my computer , I dropped C drive down to
D drive, can I retrieve my book marks from D drive???

a few years ago i had audio player with effect's that played the music in
different 'sounds'. i.e. concert hall, headphones, radio, open air and a few
more. can someone recomend such free software as i have forgotten the name of
it. i have xp pro fully updated

i updated media player now it won't let me log back on it . The message say's
to restart the computer and log on as a administrator. I restarted the
computer after the update was finished and I am already listed as a

I just got an ipod nano and it was working beautifully.  When I last logged
on to my computer I had a message that there was a new upgrade so I installed
it.  Now my entire drive is not recognized by Windows and I can't even use my
ipod.  Can someone help me with this?

My cd burner seems to need cleaning.  The cds are sounding scratchy .  I
don't know what the right thing to do would be. I have wiped with a cotton
ball and alcohol all I could reach.  It just doesn't seem to be enough.

I think my computer overheated and restarted while I was working and using
Pro Tools (a audio sequencing program). Now when I try to play anything it
says "Bad DirectSound driver." also, it will not load up Pro Tools and says I
need to connect the mbox even though it is connected ...
