Can someone help me?  25% of my hard drive is filled with duplicate
media(mainly audio) files.  Is there some way to delete the extra files?  I
have run a search and whenever I see a duplicate I delete one which goes to

I just upgraded from Win98 SE and now my sound is gone.  I have a creative
audio PCI card.  I went ahead and installed the newest drivers and BIOS, but
still no sound.  Can anyone help me please.

I have copied a lot of my CD's to Musicmatch and never had a problem.  I
bought a CD called Come Early Morning.  It is an original Motion picture
soundtrack.    I have tried 3 times to add it to my MusicMatch and keep

Hi, I just bought a new 14 track CD & I want to rip it to my WMP11. When
WMPlayer opened up the CD , there was no media info. I took out the CD and
reinserted it and now it shows up along with album art along with song names.

So, I installed SP3 RC1 and now every time I try to play any DRM protected
music through windows media player, WMP crashes.  Anyone else have this

PC has Asus motherboard and on board SoundMAX audio. For some time I've had
sound distortion when I minimize. Tried re-loading driver but no good. In
desperation disabled SoundMAX and installed new sound card. Same problem!
Any ideas?
