When I go to the properties section of a song file from the windows explorer,
the advance info in the summary section is missing a lot of info like artist,
album and genre. This affects every mp3 file I have. Previously these info

I have a Laptop Acer,after the last update fo Winxpthe sound didn't work

1-Unstall & reinstall the whole sound system & drivers
2-Updated the right drivers

Maybe not a problem specifically with the XP OS but it is what I hav

When I open ITunes I see a number (most, but  by far not all) of my songs
check marked. What does that mean? In EDIT and Select All it cannot be
turned off, only individually clicking on these checkmarks will "erase"
them. That is too much for over 800 songs.

I am running Windows XP with all updates installed.  I have (3) users sharing
a single pc.
I was prompted to upgrade to the latest version of iTunes (7.6.1.9), and now
iTunes will only run from (1) user.  If you attempt to run iTunes from either

When I try to burn music from my library on to an audio cd I follow the
instructions on the screen and insert a blank cd when instructed.

duration(minutes and seconds, less than or more than certain duration, i.e 3
mins ~4 mins). As advised from "Windows Desktop Search Help"- Properties for
file type: Music,  I typed the syntax like this *.mp3 kind ...
