files with each other and the W98 PC could access the printers connected

I have 3 computers hooked to a hub. 2 are xp's and 1 is windows 98se. One XP and the win 98 can see and talk but my XP can not see ot talk. They can see me but unable to share my folders. I have all drives shared. Any help would be help full.

I can't enable Internet Connection Sharing on my home
network.  Under the TCP/IP settings there is nothing to
check for the Internet connection sharing.  Any ideas?
