Well ... I guess the title says everything. How I can disable contro panel for a particular user ? I tried doing funny things like restricting access to the control.ex file in the system32 folder but none did the trick.

I thought that Control Panel>Networking Connections just displayed a list of all my DUN connections. But on my XP Home PC I just noticed there's an entry called 'Incoming Connections'. And if I look at Properties>Users I see a surprising list of entries like this:
