Can XP Home be setup for networking use?  
At one point while connected to a LAN I was able to

I have connected my laptop to my two-PC home network. I can see the two PCs
and connect to the Internet through my router. From both PCs I can see the
laptop. But I cannot connect to the laptop from either PC or to the other

I have a machine with Win XP SP1. Everyone in a while it

I am hope somebody can help me with this problem.  I'm still having
the same problem and I can't seem to find a solution for it.  When I
click on the "Remember Network Password" on mapping a network drive,
it doesn'tseem to remember the password after I rebooted the machine.

Hi all.  I know there is a way to do this.  I have seen it done before and I
believe that it is as simple as checking a box off in one of the system
policies, but I am unable to figure out where this checkbox is.  The problem
is that the XP Pro PC does not recognize the NT4 domain ...

I have two computers running XP Pro that are directly
connected via a crossover ethernet cable.  I can't get a
bloody thing to work, other than each computer recognizing
each other.
