I'm encountering an error flushing the ARP cache when I try to repair
my connection.  The strange thing is that when I click on details I
can see IP address, DNS servers, DHCP server,etc... only thing that
might be missing is the WINS server.  No entry it seems.

I have an NT server based network all updated and about 50/50 XP/2000
