I am running on Windows XP 2002 sp2. I have a network established on several of my computers using a wireless router. My problem is that on one of my computers runniug xp, and only this one, when I click on the My Network Places icon, it takes upwards of a minute

Just purchased sysstem with XP and want to transfer my files from old computer with Windows ME to this one . I tried direct cable connection using the proper cable and recieved message that connection was made but can't see other coputer on list on guest computer.

Sorry if this is an old one. I cannot get ICS to work. Initially I was going to connect a cable modem to a router and share the connection between to WinXP machines. Couldn't get this to work. So decided to share via ICS instead with a crossover cable.

After upgrading a PC on a network from Win 98 to XP, I am unable to acess that PC from the network and after investigating, I noticed the server process wasn't running. I tried starting it manually but it gave some error about a missing .DLL file. How do I fix the problem?

I found a virus on my machine and deleted some files and now my machine will not talk to the internet. I doesn't renew the IP and when it's trying to ther eis no communication going out of the cable modem. The send light never blinks.
