I have several PCs in my home.  I can see all of them from my laptop,
but they cannot see my laptop.
I can connect, ping, share the resources on the my wife's PC.
She cannot even ping my IP address.  I even went so far as to use

I have a windows xp prof machine sitting on a network. other computers
cannot ping this one. however i can ping the other machines.
doing ipconfig i found it has teredo tunneling pseudo interface. I have
disable ipv6, sp2 firewall everything. I even reset the tcp/ip stack using

enter my own. Outlook Express will not accept a login and I cannot receive my
mail. The message I receive is MSOE.dll failed to initialize. (OX800C012E5)

I have a network Camera installed at home, I can access the camera through
