Chuck, Do you have any clues from my ipconfig files posted yesterday (home network problems). By checking and rechecking everything, I can ping my computers both ways. But still if trying to connect to A (W2K) from B (XP) a dialog box

i am trying to troubleshoot my network connection, but when i run ipconfig, the window pops open real quick and has text in it, but disappears instantly before i can see what's going on... i have two machines that are doing this... why?

I just upgraded my laptop from 98SE to XP Professional and I have two network/internet issues. 1. I don't see my Wireless Ethernet adaptor anymore in Network connections but if I unplug it XP gives me an audible warning.
