Please can anyone help me. I am trying to connect to xbox live using an
ethernet cable from the xbox to my pc to share the connection. My pc is brand
new and the xbox isn't that old either.
My problem seems to be that in the network connections box, my broadband

Do you have any clues from my ipconfig files posted yesterday (home network
problems).  By checking and rechecking everything, I can ping my computers
both ways. But still if trying to connect to A (W2K) from B (XP) a dialog box

I have 3 pcs on my networ .. 2 * windows 2000 + 1 windows xp sp2
The windows 2000 pcs see each other and can open each others shared

i am trying to troubleshoot my network connection, but when i run ipconfig,
the window pops open real quick and has text in it, but disappears instantly
before i can see what's going on... i have two machines that are doing

I have just installed a wireless router so that I can use a laptop.
I now need to know how to setup the laptop and my PC so that I can transfer
files to and from.

I just upgraded my laptop from 98SE to XP Professional and I have two
network/internet issues.
1.  I don't see my Wireless Ethernet adaptor anymore in Network connections
but if I unplug it XP gives me an audible warning.

I have a silly problem.
I have recently taken over the network of 60 computers.  I have windows
server 2003. All users  have mapped drives to shares on the server. The
problem is, that when users log on they see all the shares, even the ones
