I have an interesting problem.  On a website I visited (online cartoon, in
archives) every time I hit the "advance to next cartoon" button, my browser
pulls up the dial-up modem connect box (and the modem is currently disabled).

Currently I have a home wifi network using the Linksys BEFW11S4 wifi router
with a separate ADLS (broadband) modem Sagem. It is a "B" band  Wifi system,
so low speed. I works perfectly with 2 computers by ethernet, one laptop by
