I have 4 computers on a network I can access 3 of them from each computer one I can't access I used to be able to but something happened. I read tons of threads here tried many things suggested here but can't get it to work. Here is the message I get.

I've just gotten my new netgear router and netgear usb wireless network adapter configured and the home network is working ok, the main computer(win xp service pack 2) is a desktop computer with dial up internet access, and is connected to the router via ethernet cable.

I currently pay my ISP for a block of static IP addresses - I've assigned one to my router/adsl modem, and one each to three other PCs. So these PCs are currently accessible directly from the internet with external IP addresses.

My Ethernet adapter on a new WinXP system is not connecting to a working Ethernet adapter on my old Win2K system (thru a crossover cable formerly attached and working with an even older Win2K system). The status reported by WinXP is: "Limited or no connectivity".

I setup simple peer to peer network at home. I allowed file and printer sharing on both PC's. PC1 can access me without any problems, but when I want to access his files I get this message. I use only one account on each machine.
