I'm having problems with my home network.  I've got 4 computers networked.  I
can see all computers on all computers.  I can't access 1 of the computers

I have been trying for some time to download and install the windows-xp
service pack 2 but it will not allow me to download let alone install, all it
says is "failed" and the below error code. I have tried switching off all
known security software of every sort but still no joy. ...

My wired network sees both computers (two nearly identical desktops running
XP).  Computer A can access computer B, but B can't access files on A.  I've
disabled the firewall, turned off virus scan, run the WinXP troubleshooter.

I am working on a school project which consists of cutting of network

My client has 2 xp "home" systems being networked over a wireless router. I

Ok while I am browsing in IE all the links work fine. But any link in another
program won't work. Like in my messengers and stuff like that. When I click
on a link, 2 pages pop up, one with http://127.0.0.1/ in the address bar and
the other with just http://, both saying cannot ...
