Hi,
  I am having Ethernet LAN enabled on my PC(Inbuilt Ethernet).  DSL Modem
is inserted in the PCI slot of the PC. (DSL connection with PPPoE)
  If i create a PPPoE dialler (PPPoE comes with winxp) and try to dialout

i'm running 3 xp pro computers on a home network, all have file sharing
enabled through the firewalls, i have reactivated messenger in computer
management (to work around sp2) and i have tested sending and receiving a net
send message on all three. now...

Hi, i have ISDN at the moment, and my connection goes stale every 2
days or so. It stays connected, but their is no more activity. If i
disconnect and reconnect all is fine again. I am often away and need
the connection going.

I have two machines, one wireless and one wired.  Both can ping each
other.  Boith can get to the internet,  both are on same workgroup, and
both have a DHCP address one is 192.168.1.100 and the other
192.168.1.101

I am using an XP Dell Laptop, a generic card, a Netgear WGT624 rouuter
and a Netgear 8-port reg router with about 5 hard connections.  I've
daisy chained the new wireless router to come after the 8-port router.
Within two hour mind-splitting frustration, the card worked once.  The

I have Antec G3 systems that have an interesting problem. They are connected
to a domain and users can log in and out without a problem... except several
users. Quite often these users will log in and immediately drop the network

public directory. We have a windowss 2003 server with a shared folder and we
need to know who last saved the file. Can this be done without extra

I suddenly am unable to log into any secure site (i.e., bank accounts,
portfolios, medical records, hotmail). When I enter my userid and password,
the page appears to load and then stalls.
