I have 3 computers on my "home" network. all have valid names, all have the same workgroup. I have run the home network wizard on all 3, and have allowed file and printer sharing on all 3 computers. I have run the wizard with, and with disabled firewalls.

For some reason i dont have ICS or a firewall service, I looked all around the groups and cant seem to find anyway of installing it. Its not in services.msc its not a option to install in window componants. Any ideas I dont have any third part AV or firewall software.
