I have two pc's with win-xp pro SP2 (one is laptop and the other kai is a
desktop pc).
All the updates have been done .
Windows firewall is disabled and nothing else similar is installed.

I have been working on a troubleshoot, for my friend's computers, that
involves two XP PRO SP2 machines.  One machine, Dell desktop computer, is
