I am trying to set up a home network. The host conncection works fine but I can not access the second pc. I think MS Antispyware (which is controlling the firewall) is keeping me from accessing it and I don't know how to turn it off.

I recently used Windows Update and already had some minor issues when connecting to network, but not this. Main problem: I turn my computer on and ADSL modem on. After about 1-5 hours, everything slows down for about 5-20 seconds. Temporarely nothing
