In MS Help& Support it says To go to "Network Connection" in Control Pannel and click on Incoming Connection, then Network Tasks, General Tab and User Tab in order to make necessary permissions to be able to see my network. I do not have any of this info when I go to Network ...

When I go online and try and go to www.myspace.com or google.com or yahoo.com or hotmail.com...it says that there is a "error 129831...This is because your PC infected by Spyware" and I cant seem to find a way to get that off. Please help me with this.

I am trying to instal a wireless pci adapter on a desktop p.c. I have installed all the software, but it won't open up. In the device manager it is showing that a Ethernet controler is disabled?? i can't find the driver fopr it, and i also don't know the model.

I have seen NUMEROUS responses to this question - tried many of them - i.e. hotfix kb884020, winsockxp fix, fixreg, disenable/enable Local Area Connection, etc. Nothing works for me. My system: Windows XP on the ‘host’ machine – Windows 2000 on the ‘client’
