I keep getting  pop up's on my p.c. everytime i switch my computer on if it
is connected to the internet. whether i am using the internet or not. I have
reformated my hard drive and i still get the same problem.
It is a Gray and Blue pop up which says at the top messanger Service ...

In MS Help& Support it says To go to "Network Connection" in Control Pannel
and click on Incoming Connection, then Network Tasks, General Tab and User
Tab in order to make necessary permissions to be able to see my network.  I
do not have any of this info when I go to Network ...

I'm trying to configure a network in virtual pc with a Windows server
2003 Dhcp server, a windows server 2003 dhcp relay agent and a
windows xp dhcpclient. This won't work as it does in a real(fysical)
network, with several subnets. I can't get the dhcp server to provide

When I go online and try and go to www.myspace.com or google.com or yahoo.com
or hotmail.com...it says that there is a "error 129831...This is because your
PC infected by Spyware" and I cant seem to find a way to get that off.

I am trying to instal a wireless pci adapter on a desktop p.c. I have
installed all the software, but it won't open up.
In the device manager it is showing that a Ethernet controler is disabled??
i can't find the driver fopr it, and i also don't know the model.

ive a netowrk of around 100 PC including 10 servers, suddenly one server
starts giving ip conflict error, when no one has chnaged the configuration,
if i shut down that server or un plug the network cable, the ip remain still
pingable, how can i trace which computer is using that ...

I'm trying to install a wireless pci adapter but having problems.
i've included a picture of what the device driver says.
When i try to open the wireless config it tries to open then just closes
again.

I have seen NUMEROUS responses to this question - tried many of them - i.e.
hotfix kb884020, winsockxp fix, fixreg, disenable/enable Local Area
Connection, etc. Nothing works for me.
