I've got two XP machines on my home network (linksys wrk54g) that I'm moving ~14Gb of data between. Now, I don't expect the full 100Mb/s throughput but it seems to be exceedingly slow. In about 12 hours, I've moved around 1.9Gb which comes to about .337Mb/s.
