i have just bought a laptop and i am trying to back up my files from my
desktop computer.
My home network is setup up correctly,but it won't let me map my documents
on the desktop!!!!

I beleive something was deleted or damaged with my internet. When I boot up
my computer, the sys32 folder from windows pops up. Then, when I try to get
access to the internet, everything loads but any graphics! A red x does not

I recently bought a new PC and decided to create a network (between new
computer and old computer) with the network setup wizard. I enabled file and
printer sharing. Is there a way I can create sort-of network-wide,

I've run into strange problem. When I try to ping a domain name,
there's usually a 7-10 seconds initial delay after that ping goes fine.

I have a computer here that more and more gets into a state where
networking is completely dead. After a reboot, although the network
adapters are O.K. in the device manager and the network connections look
normal in the network connections panel (expect that they are not

when i go to websites a lot of the pictures show up as little xs
not all of them but most of them

Hi, there. Hope you can help us with this:
I recently installed an XP Pro machine. It can "see" all the files on all
the other computers on our small network but none of them can see it, nor can
they print to the printer connected to the new XP Pro machine.
