When I try to enable Internet Connection Sharing, I get the following error:
"An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled. The
specified service does not exist as an installed service."
I opened services and could not find ICS in the list.

A long while ago, my predecessor showed me a way to send memo's from my XP
computer to another XP computer in our office network.  The message would
instantly pop up on the recipient's computer screen and they could view it.
