I had problems with my windows Xp so i restarted it with a windows Xp home Edition cd. Before i had the problem my internet was working and everything was good untill i got this error so i rebooted it with the Home edition Cd.

I have a Dell laptop running Windows XP2 fully patched. Sometimes my browsers stop connecting but I still have network access as evidenced by my Outlook still working and Yahoo IM working. I run Symantec Antivirus and nothing shows on a scan. Same with Spybot
