When I enable ICS on any of my connections I get the following error: "Cannot enable shared access Error 0x80041019. This used to work a few weeks ago. I have disabled all firewalls etc and created and deleted connections to find the error.

We have an irritating problem - when a user's password is near to expiring Windows asks them if they want to change it, but if they try to it tells them they do not have permission. If they log in with the old password, then change it, everything works fine
