I have two networked computers... one desktop XP and one laptop XP
On my desktop I can see in network groups my laptop - but on my laptop I am
not able to see my desktop in the home network group -
I cant add printer - it says 'computer name not accessable'

I am trying to remote install a symantec client on a network PC. I get a
message saying"unable to detect standard network share". When I enter
\\hostname\ADMIN$ from the command line on the PC I get this message "network
path not found".  But all other network functions work fine ...

I have two XP Home computers on a LAN. One is my main desktop machine
(Kenneth) and the other a backup desktop (Bernard).
I've tried setting Kenneth master browser as Yes, Bernard No and also
Bernard Auto. Bernard cannot see any of its shared drives in Network
