My network was composed of 2 windows 2000 Pro, 1 Windows 2000 Server, and 1 Win 98 computers. I had enabled both TCP/IP and net BEUI and all worked well. All hard drives were shared and all drives were available to all othe machine.

Experiencing 404 Page Not found on MANY websites with Compaq Notebook. Have 2 other identical laptops not experiencing same problem here on wireless net at ski resort in Utah. OS is XP Home,SP2 all updates current.

I am trying to use a VPN connection to connect to my sons computer to transfer some videos. I have tried a direct connection but becuase he is using a wireles router windows tries to connect to the router rarther than his computer. And the story is the same the other way

I have Win XP Home. I have downloaded IE 7 several times and installed it . I can not get IE7 to open. I have to go to the task manager to shut it down. I have installed IE 7 on another computer that has WinXP Media Center and it works fine. Does any one have a solution?
