We are still running Novell as NOS and all workstations belong to the same Windows workgroup. One of the XP workstations that connected to the network is able to access all network drives (In Novell) and connect to proxy server for Internet

I cannot get my ftp client to work. Obviously I have a port blocked but cannot seem to find it. Where should I start looking? I don't have a firewall nor do I see the port blocked by windows' firewall.

I bought a new computer. I still have the old one, which has 2 perfectly good hard drives on it. I use a LinkSys router so that I can go on line with my laptop. Is there any way I can use the router to give me access to those hard drives?
