things use to work, then one day the laptop could nolonger see the desktop. but vice versa works fine. Both can connect to the internet and connect through a router...pretty normal setup. i got fed up, restored my laptop completly and downloaded all the upgrades.

Help please, When I go into internet explorer the page freezes. I cannot close or search. If i open a new window it allows a search though, but will still not let me close explorer at all. I have to use task manager to close.
