I have gone through the network setup wizard on both machines and still I am
not able to see anything under the workgroup. They both have the same
workgroup name. What am I doing wrong?

I have broadband, but also a couple of dial up programs when on
traveling and there is no broadband connection available. Lately, I am

I have 2 connections on the computer that is connected to the cable modem

am I missing a simple step... I have established a VPN on both a client and

I am transferring data from one computer to another, both are running
Windows XP PRO and both have 1GB DLInk Ethernet cards.  These

I just setup a small home network with two windows xp computers. A desktop
and one laptop, the laptop is connected to a wireless reader and both of the

I have several drives mapped to a few systems around the house.  This
is a workgroup (no domain) setup.  When I reboot these drives get
mapped, but until I actually open them in explorer, they are

Hi, I have connected 2 PC's with a cross over cable. My problem is that the
one PC cannot see the other one or itself, but the other one sees both, but
cannot connect to the one which is giving the problem although he finds the
computer on the network.
