I have a problem with my VPN connection. When I connect it will shut down after 3 min. I then have to recconnect. Is there a way to make the connection stay up as long as I wan't to?

i am hooking up a vpn from my home cpu to my other labtop that i travel with. is there a way i can records my shows on my media center at my house cpu and watch my shows via vpn on my other labtops over the network.

Hi, I have a pc and a laptop both running XP Professional. Connected via a network cable. I am able to share files but not the internet connection. I have run the Network wizard on both computers. The pc is the host and the laptop the client.

I recently got a new computer, and i have tried to set up home networking so i can print from the computer that is not attached to the printer well, now i cannot see system 1 from system 2, but the error message only displays in system 2.

I have 2 NAS devices on my network. When I used my new laptop on the network, it got automatically given (by the router I assume) the same IP address as one of the NAS devices, which happened to be off at the time. This is causing problems.
