I wanted to add a new VPN connection with a non-admin user logged in (I know the admin password, just I did not want to logoff and logon with admin). However, the new connection wizard is not a program, so I could not right click it and pick runas.

Hi, does anyone have a fix or troubleshooting option for the svchost.exe application? It sometimes goes crazy on some systems and takes up the CPU's resources, both network and system can keep the processor maxed. This application appears to have something to do with IE.
