Ok I have a home network setup with a couple machines and one router with
addy 192.168.0.x mask 255.255.255.0 . I don't want to change anything in the
router.
I have added a server box for testing lab and want it on 192.168.1.x

Since early March when I know it worked, I cannot sync my computer clocks any
more with either time.windows.com or time.nist.gov. This happens on both XP
and Vista clients. Time.nist simply reports an error, but time.windows
