I have peer to peer network with couple of computers which all are XP Pro. When I telnet a PC, I get this message "Connecting to PC1 failed... Could not open connection to the host, on port 23: Connect failed" What I need to do in order to make it work.

I used to have Windows 2000 (2 weeks ago), and just updated to XP Prof. previously I could see the WiFi networks, & access internet. Now, on XP, stupid Windows can 'see' my flatmates Wireless network, says I am 'connected', and even show that 'sent/received' info screen. But...
