Okay, I have a customer with networking problems. The customer recently
switched from a t1 connection to a satellite internet connection to save
money. After the switch, networked printers were no longer available. This is

There is not a Remote desktop connction option in the Communication tab under
start.  I have did the microsoft remote desktop download and some other items
that I have found in help and support but I can still not get the remote
desktop option to appear.  I am running XP tablet ...
