History: I hav a home network setup with 5 or so computers.  All are running
XP Pro with one laptop running VIsta Home.  I have them all setup on the same
Workgroup and have always been able to browse around to the folders I have
shared with no trouble.

Everytime I restart my computer and try to access a network drive, I am
prompted for my password. I checked the 'Reconnect at logon' box when I
mapped the drive. Is there another setting that needs to be set?

I have an IDSN-line with dial-up with modem.
Starting up the system (so after the system-startup but before the
user-login as an 'administrator'), makes my modem resulting in a 'no dial-up

I use FTP.exe in Windows XP to download some zipped files from an internet
site.  I have Windows Internet Explorer 7 installed.
If the file is small all goes well.  However one of the files is about 2MB.
