hello can anybody tell me how to change settings to stop my email showing up as HTML when I tryto print them. Also I am having a problem sending and recieving pictures as they cant be read by me or who i send them too. Is there a setting somewhere you have to change?

I have a Dell PC and a wireless Internet hookup. The wireless interface software says I have a connection, and I can ping sites on the Internet. But my browser won't go to any site. I can't figure out why. Any ideas? Thanks.
