Is there any free software to monitor the NIC/Wireless port.  All

I just reformat and install XP Pro. I am trying to connect to my workgroup
but is not working. Other computers can view it but cant access the shared
folder. My computer can connect to internet so Is not the LAN problem.

I have an odd one.
I have two users sharing a laptop joined to a domain. The login's will work
fine for a while then after one uses logs off while away from the network the
