We will have 10 XP Home PCs and a network printer at work. Currently, we
just have a 6 port switch where 5 PCs connect to one that acts as the gateway
for the internet and the printer. The broadband is BT Business ADSL.
What I want to do is have a wireless router so our 2 laptops ...

I've updated my adsl from 2Mb/s to 12Mb/s.
Since that I'm experiencing some problems.
I have in fact +- 1250KB/s bandwidth, tested in other PC's in the network,
but on the  my main PC, the Win XP only can deal with 700KB/s tested with one

Hi, maybe I'm stupid or just weird.
I have 2 Dell Laptops with built-in WiFi. The one is connected to Telecom
Mobile Broadband via a USB modem. It works fine. The 2 laptops can share
files neatly. But I cannot get the client to access internet. The Host is set

My Desktop is connected by ethernet cable to the router and the Labtop
wireless. Both can ping each other.I set the hdd of the LTop to 'shared' and
have the 'hand' sharing logo on it. However I can't see it from the Desktop.
Is it possible to scan the LT hdd from the Desktop? ...
