I want to change the SSID and password on our router, but just got our
private home newtwork working properly and DON'T want to mess it up.
I'm fairly certain I can go ahead and make the changes without

i have dlink router and 2 computers at my home how can i put both of them in
a workgroup or domain so we have some commaon folders  to access wirelessly i
know it is possible thru cables but how can i do it if i have a wireless
router connected to both the computers

Running XP Pro SP2 on laptop.
I am probably the worlds worst at making anything that has to do with
networking work - not properly but at all.  I'm not stupid, but I do not
multitask worth half a cent.

    When I was trying to login to my system using my domain login ID and
password, it tooks more than 10 mins to get connected to the network. This
problem happens daily so I troubleshooted the issue as given below and came
to know that the issue is due to Operating System.

I have a 2 desktops and a laptop together on a home network (MSHOME).
Recently all of a sudden I found that my desktop either cannot get to the
network cannot access the other machine.  Not sure what happened or how to
repair.
