WPA-PSK client slow to connect21 Apr 2008 19:26 GMT2
I have SBS2003 & XP SP2 clients. Clients connect to the network quite happily
once logged in but will not during start up. This means Clients won't use
their roaming profiles. They all worked perfectly under WEP and when Open.
Any ideas please?

I have installed a Lynksys wireless printer server. Three computers, two
laptops with XP Pro and one desktop with XP. All either SP2 or SP3.
The wireless server works nicely in that we can print but a dialogue box
comes up and says "Printer not responding." Even so, it prints.

I am running XP on this machine, but i have a computer downstairs running
2000. i lately have been exploiting the CMD commands, but i still cannot
remote shutdown the computer. it tells me "access is denied". any reason why?

First question:
Can we by any chance increase the number of connections that windows XP

All of a sudden.. two desktops cannot see each other.  The two desktops can

I have a problem with DNS resolution on a few desktops on our network. They
randomly stop being able to resolve DNS names within applications other then
nslookup.

Sysinternals Process Monitor. Sometimes it continues for hours. I saw
my Hard drive constantly be used and tried this Process Monitor to
figure it out - to hopefully stop it. But it's beyond my knowledge.
