I am running explorer 7 with xp, when you open explorer then try to open another explorer tab it freezes up. have to shut all tabs down. Any help?

On my laptop i keep getting message network cable unplugged. But everything is plugged, the green light on back of my laptop next to the Ethernet cable is on. and all the lights are on the modem. Everything is connected. but internet not working? pleas e help?

I am having problems on a PC connecting to our SBS vpn. I ran a wireshark and there are a lot of TCP out of order errors. Can someone advise me on how best to troubleshoot/fix these (windows sizes, etc).
