I encounter a strange problem with my WinXP (SP2).

Hello, I have a workgroup with 3 PC's. The probem is that PC "A" (IBM
machine) can see the other PC's but one of the other PC's "B" (ACER machine)
cannot see PC "A" (IBM machine)

Having a problem connecting to a specific website.
Website is active, NSLOOKUP gives me the correct IP, PING doesn't respond.
Problem is not linked to IE or other browsers because they all give me a
negatieve response when connecting to that website.  On a second PC,

I just clean installed Windows XP SP2 yesterday.
Typically after installation I let the windows update I& no problem so far,
