We are running Netgear equipment in a virtually brand new condominium on a
cable modem.  We are experiencing problems with connectivity.

If I have LAN cable connected, the PC takes like 2 minutes to open a text
file or word document. But as soon as I remove the LAN cable, the text file
or word opens almost instantly. Does anyone know why and how can I fix this
