My credit card vendor insists we block access to ports 23 and 443. 23 does not affect us, as we do not need to FTP in for anything. But blocking 443 stops out IE from accessing secure sites. How can we block 443 at the router and still access our HTTPS sites?

I have a problem sharing an external usb drive. Sharing is working on the internal drive fine. I get a permissions error when trying to connect to the external drive. I have set permissions both in sharing and security for 2 different users. Neither of which can connect.
