On occasions I wish to print contents of windows or the screen.  I follow
what I understand to be the process (Alt print screen, open say notepad,
edit , paste) except that paste is greyed out.  Can any one help.

When I used Windows 98, the computer shut itself off when I clicked on Shut
down; now that I have Windows XP, I must do the shut off manually.  Has the
automatic shut off feature been removed or is there an option or setting
that I must make to activate it?

There is a 3 - 4 minute delay in logging on to Windows,
after booting up my Windows XP. This computer is only two
months old, but the seller is both unreliable and
incompetent.  Anyone know what the problem is?

Won't power down after set times in my power mgmt set-
up.  Hasn't worked since I moved.   Used to be able to
set it to power off after an hour of no use.. now it runs

I just installed XP pro upgrade and the my files and
Favorites didnot convert to the new system. My question is

I have Win XPPro and I'm sharing my PC with my son.  I
created 2 accts with both admin rights so he could
install his programs.  I've noticed that whenever I
deleted a prog entry in the Start Menu, his menu also
