at start up a box appears-Windows cannot find 'copy'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click search.-then i have to click ok for start up

I used the built in administrator account for several weeks before setting up a new one. Of course, the built in account disappeared and now I cant get back to it to retrieve the settings I used.
