I was going to change settings on my mouse this morning
so I went to start and intended to go into the control
panel and complete my task. However, control panel is not

When my computer connects to the server, there's a small popup on the bottom
right screen which tells me that I've done it.  I'd like to configure the
computer to not do that.  Usually I can find references to things in the
help menu, but I'm not sure what this message display is ...
