I have set up windows xp home with 4 usaers. 2 with admin
auth. and 2 with limited.  Programs installed by me as
admin auth. can not be opened on the users desktop.  The
icon is there but it won't open and run.  The program says

My ZoneAlarm tells me of frequent OUTgoing attempts by Messenger.  All are
blocked by ZA,  BUT  I thought I had deactivated Messenger (Control Panel >
Administrative Tools > Services > Messenger > Messenger Properties > Startup
Type = Disabled; Service status = Stopped).

help please its driving me made ok I can send a fax to
any no but an std code of 01206 now what hapens is that i
get a line busy after 2 rings as it dials the no but
listing in it still carries on ringing and then when the

Til now I was downloading from my taperecorder holding
the microphon near to the loudspeaker of the taperecorder.
This kind of recording caused me of course unwanted noice
too.

I think this should be an easy answer that I have overlooked:
I want to change the color of the type naming each icon on my desktop, such
