Usually when I start up I get the XP screen and then my desktop loads. Now I get the XP screen and then a page that I have to check my name before it opens into desktop. What happened? Can someone help me. Thanks.

I recently had to reinstall XP Home. I then reinstalled Office XP Small Business, and have been having a problem. Every time I open a component of Office, such as Word or Excel, I get a message box titled "Installing components for Microsoft Excel (or Word)".

I have a Emachines 130 and i have windoes xp home on it. When i press log off, it logs off ok and another user can log in fine. But....if i press switch user, it freezes and other users can not log on? and i deas on how to fix this problem?
