I was creating seperate acounts for everyone in my
household and lost the administrator's log on icon at the
start up.  I created all the other acounts and then
logged off and my administrator icon disappeared.  How do

I just upgraded to XP Home from 98SE.  The Control Panel
icon on the start menu is barely visible, it appears as
though some of it is missing.  Any ideas?

I am the owner and administrator of a PC on a network and have two
accounts - administrator & harry

Still haven't found a solution to my shutting down
problem using XP. Here's the two scenarios. After booting
up but NOT logging in, my computer will turn off upon

My computer keeps puting an Icon on my desktop that I
don't know what it is it has a "~" on it. It also keeps

lately a strange popup has been appearing as soon as I
turn on my computer.  I have no idea where it came from,
