I'm having trouble logging into microsoft word on XP.
Every time I try to log into word a box appears
saying "Microsoft word for Windows has encountered a
problem and needs to close". It then asks me to send

hi can anyone help me
when i hit save as the image will only save as bmp
i used to be able to save as jpg.
why is this so and how can i fix this problem
